DIESSE boosts renewable energy from 15% to 40%

DIESSE has reached a major milestone on its path to sustainability: 40% of the energy consumed across the company comes from renewable sources, an important achievement that far exceeds its initial target of 15%. This result has been possible thanks to the recent enhancement of its photovoltaic system which now can power a substantial share of operations with clean energy.

In line with the Circular Economy principles and its will to make sustainability a central element in its organization, Diesse continues to invest in more thoughtful ways of producing, using and preserving energy. An effort that fits into a broader vision where industrial progress and environmental responsibility move forward together till they gradually become expression of the same purpose.

“I am pleased to share the progress we have made in becoming a more sustainable business over the past years” said Giosiana de Stasio, Sales Manager at DIESSE who concludes “This transition goes hand-in-hand with other impactful initiatives that we implement, including energy efficiency improvements, smarter consumption practices and waste reduction. All together they are part of a wider plan aimed at supporting our goal to minimize environmental impact while driving innovation and technological excellence.”

As climate change remains one of the most challenges of our time, DIESSE believes that real change occurs only by taking actions that are practical and measurable.
