The commitment of DIESSE to legality

The 231 Organizational Model: it governs the liability of companies for crimes committed by directors, managers, employees, partners or collaborators. It was introduced by Italian Legislative Decree No 231/01.

Whistleblowing

Diesse has implemented a whistleblowing process with the aim to provide a dedicated channel to employees, customers, suppliers, and internal and external stakeholders of the Company in general, instrumental to report (also anonymously) violations of the policies, directives and procedures of the Company, of applicable laws and regulations and, limited to Diesse Rubber Hoses S.p.A., of the provisions of Legislative Decree 231/2001 and of the Organisational, Management and Control Model.

The following are available:

  • The “Diesse Rubber Hoses Whistleblowing Procedure”, which details the manners and the procedures for forwarding and managing the reports.

  • The list of national Authorities empowered to receive and manage the so-called “external reports”, in compliance with the EU Directive 2019/1937 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and with the related local applicable laws.
